Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment or apparel remains in unworn, brand-new condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
